Odontomas are one of the most common harmatomas related to tooth structures associated to oral cavity. They are classified into two types based on the level of organisation, that is, compound and complex. Compound odontomas are mostly common in anterior maxilla, whereas complex are mostly encountered in posterior mandible. Here we report a case of complex odontoma in the posterior maxilla.
