Central ossifying fibroma (COF) is a rare slow growing benign fibro-osseous lesion, seen more often in females in third to fourth decade of life. It is typically found in craniofacial bones, frequently involving the mandible. In the present article, we report a case of COF in maxilla, which is a rare site of its occurrence.
