Odontogenic keratocyst (OKC) is an ubiqitious category of cysts with their unique presentations. Presenting with mild pain with or without swelling, the lesion may radiographically show its aggressive presence. It may present in rare sites as the maxilla also. To summarize, the lesion with its characteristic nature may present itself with various forms. This article makes an attempt to expose one of the form of odontogenic keratocyst through a case report.
