Dens invaginatus (DI) is a deep surface invagination of the crown or the root lined by enamel, dentin and pulp. As this is a rare phenomenon, it is necessary for the pediatric dentist to carry out comprehensive clinical and radiographic assessments to identify the defects. During intervention, appropriate care has to be taken so as ensure a favourable prognosis. The present case reported DI in all the maxillary incisors that were restored as a part of conservative approach to prevent its progression.
