Horizontal root fractures are one of the endodontic emergencies which mainly affect the maxillary central incisors. The management of the root fractures can be challenging as it requires a precise diagnosis and multidisciplinary approach in its treatment. This paper presents the endodontic management of the clinical case with horizontal root fracture by intra-radicular splinting with endodontic instrument along with MTA-based root canal sealer.
