Ameloblastic Carcinoma is a rare or both primary and metastatic lesion. Clinical features of this lesion are almost as odontogenic tumour exhibiting not only features of ameloblastoma but also features of carcinoma in either similar to that of ameloblastoma, although, rarely it can metastasize to the lung or regional lymph node. We report a case of ameloblastic carcinoma in 27 year old female, where early intervention saved further complications and metastasis.
