Abstract

Hemangiopericytoma is vascular tumour arising from Zimmerman pericytes with a high propensity for local recurrence and metastasis. It typically occurs in the soft tissues of the extremities and trunk, and is rarely seen in the oral cavity. Here we present a rare case of hemangiopericytoma of right masticator space which clinically presented as hemangioma in a 55 year old female patient.
