Over the past two decades, many lasers have become available for clinical practice. They have been efficiently used in dentistry for incision, excision, and coagulation of intraoral soft tissues. The present case report is of a female patient who reported to the dental clinic with leukoplakia in the buccal mucosa and the excision of the same was done using 810 nm diode laser.
