Mandibulofacial dysostosis, also known as Franceschetti-Zwahlen-Klein Syndrome is a syndrome of 1st and 2nd brachial arch with abnormalities involving face, skull, eyes, ears, nose, and few oral findings. This syndrome occurs in one in every 25, 000 to 50,000 live birth. The syndrome is mostly transmitted as autosomal dominant trait, but has variable expressivity and severity of clinical features. The objective of this paper is to report an interesting case of mandibulofacial dysostosis and to discuss the differential diagnosis and also to review the literature.
