Cleidocranial Dysplasia (CCD) is a rare congenital disorder of bone inherited as an autosomal dominant genetic trait. Cleidocranial Dysplasia previously known as Cleidocranial Dysostosis is characterized by abnormalities of skull, teeth, jaws and shoulder girdle as well as occasional stunting of the long bones. The principle oral manifestations are delayed exfoliation of primary teeth with multiple impacted permanent and supernumerary teeth. Hereby we present a case report of an 18 -year old male patient because of its rarity and the classical features of cleidocranial dysplasia.
