Abstract

Marfan syndrome is a well known autosomal dominant connective tissue disorder affecting mainly skeletal, ocular and cardiovascular features. In this paper we report a case of marfan syndrome with features such as trismus due to temporomandibular joint disorder, wormian bones, arachnodactyly and others. Pathophysiology, craniofacial features and diagnostic criteria are discussed.
