Abstract

Cemento-ossifying fibromas (COF) are benign lesions affecting the jaws and other craniofacial bones. They commonly affect women between the third and fourth decade of life. As per our knowledge, there is no literature about its association with any heart ailment and management of the same in such a case. Here we present one such case, in a deaf and dumb 12 year old male patient, with a ventricular septal defect and its management after proper evaluation of the patient with consultation of cardiologist, physician and anaesthetist.
