Epidermoid and dermoid cysts are common benign lesions encountered throughout the body, but they are rare in oral and perioral region. We report a rare recurrent case of epidermoid cyst of lower lip, which was causing difficulty in speech and esthetic problem. We here discuss etiopathogenesis, classification, clinical features, investigative methods and management of present case along with reviewed of literature.
