This article describes a case presentation of a female patient who was wearing a fixed partial denture in relation to maxillary anterior teeth. The fixed partial denture was looking unaesthetic due to underlying bone loss. The existing fixed partial denture was made of porcelain fused to metal. The technique described, involves a clinical and a laboratory innovation to add gingival porcelain to an already existing prosthesis. The procedure is simple which is based on sound prosthodontic principles. The technique can be very helpful to the practitioners and technicians who need to add porcelain to prosthesis where it is not supported by the metal. The patient was highly satisfied with the results.
