Abstract

Supra-erupted maxillary anterior teeth often lead to un-aesthetic appearance and occlusal instability and can lead to problematical restoration. This case report discusses the option in the management of supra-erupted maxillary anterior teeth with conventional tooth retained overdentures which is simple and cost-effective treatment than the implant overdenture. This helps, improve retention and stability of final prosthesis significantly. The concept of overdenture may not be the solution, but it is a positive means for delaying the process of complete edentulism and helps in preservation of bone.
