Compound odontomas have been most commonly seen in first two decades of life, although they can occur at any age. They get diagnosed during the routine radiography or due to delayed eruption of the successor teeth. Delay in timely diagnosis and treatment would lead to delayed eruption of permanent teeth, malalignment of adjacent teeth hence malocclusion. Apart from the functional in accuracies posed, it can also affect the patient socially and psychologically during the development period. A case of a 14 year old male patient with asymptomatic maxillary compound odontoma associated with impacted left central incisor is presented. An interdisciplinary approach was adapted for the treatment and restore function and esthetics.
