Sialolithiasis is one of the most prevalent conditions affecting the salivary glands. This diagnosis is suggested by a history of salivary gland discomfort or swelling, particularly after meals. Palliative therapy combined with conservative therapies, such as milking of the ducts, can effectively treat tiny and accessible stones. In this article, we present cases of sialolithiasis in the submandibular gland. The purpose of this article is cases to review the theories of etiology, clinical features, available diagnostic and treatment procedures.
