Abstract

Gemination is an uncommon dental developmental anomaly where a single tooth germ partially divides, resulting in an enlarged crown, often with one or more pulp canals.

A rare case of a geminated maxillary primary right lateral incisor displaying two distinct pulp canals in a four-year-old boy. The patient reported pain in the upper front tooth region. Clinical and radiographic evaluation revealed a severely decayed geminated tooth, characterized by deep developmental grooves leading to pulpal involvement.

Pulpectomy was performed successfully, and both canals were obturated with zinc oxide eugenol paste, followed by composite restoration.
