Mandibular fractures in children present unique challenges due to mixed dentition and ongoing craniofacial growth. Conservative approaches are preferred over open reduction to avoid damage to developing tooth buds and mandibular growth centres. The use of a full-arch acrylic cap splint reinforced with stainless steel wire and stabilized by circum-mandibular wiring provides effective immobilization and promotes uneventful healing. This clinical report describes the management of a seven-year-old boy with an anterior mandibular alveolar fracture treated using this technique. The custom-fabricated splint ensured stable fixation without invasive surgery, allowing satisfactory bone healing, restoration of occlusion, and preservation of tooth vitality. The approach demonstrates a simple, safe, and biologically sound method for managing paediatric mandibular alveolar fractures while maintaining growth potential and function.
