The pyogenic granuloma is one of the very common benign proliferation of capillary sized blood vessels seen in the oral cavity1, 2. This term is misnomer because the lesion is unrelated to infection & in reality arises in response to various stimuli such as low grade irritation (e.g. calculus, a fractured tooth, rough dental restorations), traumatic injury/hormonal factors3. This article presents the surgical management of pyogenic granuloma in a 52 year old female patient
