Abstract

Treatment of any disease in dentistry initiate as soon as patients enter to the clinic, that's by the smoothening environment, the way dentists talks and the attractive comfortable dental chair what dentists are known for (figure 1,2). Hence it is extremely important for oral diagnosticians to understand the significance of proper operator and patient positions so as to ensure a long and productive career without developing any musculoskeletal disorders; it's also same for medically compromised patients getting treatment on dental chair with some important guidelines. This article highlights on these dental chair positions for systemically compromised patients in oral diagnosis and its initial management.
