Squamous Cell Carcinoma is the most common malignant neoplasm of the oral cavity usually affecting individuals over 50–60 years of age and the patients give a long history of tobacco and alcohol use. It rarely occurs in patients who are less than 40 years old (0.4–5.5%). The rarity of this lesion in young patients implies that clinicians might not include it in the differential diagnosis. We hereby present a case of Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the tongue in a 18 year old male.
