Odontogenic Myxoma is a benign but locally aggressive neoplasm of primitive mesenchyme1. It is an uncommon lesion accounting for 3–8% of Odontogenic neoplasms.Here we present a case of 8year old female with chief complaint of persistent swelling & pain in the lower right jaw region. Lesion was enucleated & after that application of carnoy's solution was done. Lesion was sent for histopathological examination, final diagnosis of Odontogenic Myxoma was given.
