The fused tooth is a kind of teeth developmental malformation. Clinically, there are several treatments according to different situation, such as retaining by root canal therapy or extraction. In this paper, a crown-fused tooth was separated and partially extracted, then orthodontic treatment was implemented. This case highlights the treatment options of a fused tooth and the need for multidisciplinary planning and treatment.
