Ameloblastoma is a slow growing benign tumor. Patients usually present with asymptomatic swelling when they come to the department. In our case, the patient complained of swelling in the left maxillary region. The slow and painless growth occupied the space in the maxillary sinus. The swelling was observed by the patient about three months ago. The lesion was surgically curetted with 1cm margins and sent for histopathology which confirmed the diagnosis of mural ameloblastoma. The patient was followed up for over an year and there was no recurrence.
