Radicular cyst is the most common odontogenic cyst commonly seen in the maxillary anterior region, constituting 52.3 -70.7% of all odontogenic cysts.
Radicular cysts are usually asymptomatic but can result in slow growing swelling in the affected region. Radiographically most radicular cyst appears as a round or a pear shaped unilocular radiolucent lesion in the periapical region. This case report presents the successful management of large infected radicular cyst with conventional pulp space therapy and surgical enucleation.
