Abstract

Early childhood caries mainly affects maxillary primary anterior teeth and it can lead to early pulpal involvement and destruction of coronal tooth structure. In early childhood caries, there is early carious involvement and gross destruction of the teeth. This leads to problems like reduced vertical habits like tongue thrusting and psychological problems. These teeth are always difficult to restore. This case report deals with the successful use of wire loops and composite resin to restore maxillary primary teeth affected by early childhood caries.
