Contact allergy is a frequently encountered in association with oral mucosa due to various products like food, beverages, oral hygiene products and dental materials. Toothpastes are our day today oral hygiene product which we use multiple times a day. Though when compared to other products like dental materials the prevalence of contact allergy due to toothpaste is less yet it should always be considered in differential diagnosis. This is one such rare case of allergy due to toothpaste.
