The prime concern in dentistry is the preservation of remaining natural teeth. Presence of few teeth in oral cavity helps to preserve alveolar ridge integrity, maintain proprioception thus benefiting the patient psychologically. Transitional denture provides us with alternative treatment plan for the patients willing to replace their missing teeth while retaining their remaining natural teeth. A Cu-Sil denture is relatively a newer type of transitional denture. A Cu-sil denture is a denture with perforation for the remaining natural teeth to emerge into the oral cavity and are lined by soft liner material; thus making it different from the conventional removable partial denture which are fabricated using retentive clasps. This case report presents a simple chair side technique to fabricate Cu-Sil dentures in a usual dental set-up.
