Children are innocent and caring for a child may appear fun and rewarding. However, it can also be stressful and often difficult. Sometimes parents are unable to provide the care a child needs; especially in cases of working parents. In such situations child abuse can occur. A child may be harmed in any family or neighborhood. Child abuse and neglect is an international problem which have victims in all age groups, religions, races and socioeconomic status.
