Vascular lesions are the most common congenital and neonatal abnormalities, further classified as vascular neoplasms and vascular malformations. Vascular neoplasms affect the region of the head and neck commonly, particularly the jaw, but arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare. AVMs may be associated with osseous changes which may vary in presentation and should be considered for the appropriate management of this enigmatic entity. Here we present a case report of a 22-year-old female patient with AVMs extensively involving the orofacial region along with osteosclerosis of facial bones.
