The study of spacings and fertilizer on growth, yield and fruit quality (physical) of chilli (Capsicum annum L) varieties was studied at farmer's field of village Nooriyawas (Pisangan), Ajmer (Rajasthan). The variety local (Desi) recorded significantly higherplant height, dry weight per plant and fruit weight per plant. However, variety Pusa Sadabahar produced maximum number of fruits per plant, fruit yield and fruit yield per hectare. Application of 100 Kg N combination with 25 kg P and 50 kg K per hectare recorded highest fruits per plant. Maximum plant height, fresh weight, dry weight per plant, number of fruits and yield of fruits per plant were recorded in widest spacing (50 cm × 50 cm); closest spacing (25 cm × 25 cm ) produced highest fruit yield per hectare. The quality of fruit was affected by spacing. Interaction effect of spacings, fertilizers and varieties was found non significant to affect growth, yield physical fruit quality parameters.
