The present investigation was undertaken to study the “Peak yield and days to attain peak yield in Tharparkar cattle. The data on 885 calving spread over a period of 14 years (1985 to 1998) were collected from Livestock Research Station Chandan (Jaisalmer). The years were classified in to seven period of two each and further each year was classified in to three season viz. Winter, summer and Rainy. The overall least -squares means of peak yield and days to attain peak yield were 11.86±0.158 Kg. and 29.28±0.32 day's respectivilely. The effect of period of calving was significant at peak yield and days to attain peak yield. However season of calving and parity had no significant on it.
