Abstract

Despite decrease in area of foodgrains in India, its production has increased due to increase in yield. For Haryana State, yield is also plays Key role to increase the production of foodgrains. For India, the growth rate of yield is higher than production where as it is found that growth rate of production is higher than area and yield in Haryana State.
