The present study was conducted to see the effect of Azolla based diet on the growth performance of indigenous piglets. Piglets randomly divided into three equal groups and were offered control diet in T1 group. Whereas, T2 and T3 were offered 20 per cent and 40 per cent of Azolla containing diet, respectively. The average initial body weight of the pigs at the start of experiment was 13.40±1.00 (T1), 14.00±1.06 (T2) and 14.00±0.68 (T3) in kg. The average body weight was attained at the end of 13th weeks of experimental periods was 37.33±1.82, 34.45±0.74 and 25.33±0.93 kg in T1, T2 and T3 groups, respectively. Significantly lowest body weight at 13th weeks of experiments was recorded in T3 group than compare to T1 and T2 groups which did not differ significantly from each other.
