From Editor's Desk

I feel blessed to present to you the first number of the Journal of the 10^th year of publication of the journal of Punjab Academy of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology which started in the year 2001. At this very moment I will like to thank you all for your affection and continued support to this journal for a decade.

With a very modest budget we started with 48 pages journal with one color title once a year. It has now graduated to four color title and two issues in a year. This journal has now been cited with Copernicus and is one of the most prestigious regular journals in India.

Now it has crossed national boundaries and we are getting articles from different parts of the world. This is going to make it an international level journal with many eminent personalities around the globe in the editorial committee and advisory board. I assure you that we will leave no stone unturned to make it more and more popular.

I will like to thank my joint editor and others who have contributed to bring the journal to the present form with the new looks. I am thankful to Dr. DS Bhullar, President, Punjab Academy of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology for the liberal financial help which makes it easier for me to publish this journal. I hope to get more and more of your suggestions to improve this journal further and being more helpful to members of the academy and others experts in the field of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology.
