Air Toxicology – A Review

Abstract

Air pollution is the introduction of particulates, biological molecules, and many harmful elements into the atmosphere of the earth, causing diseases, allergies, and even death to human beings, damage to other living organisms such as animals and food crops, or the natural or built environment. Living and breathing in air free of all types of pollution is the fundamental right of all citizens and to ensure pollution free air is the duty of the legislature and the law of the land. Citizens also have the duty to keep the air free of pollution and the medical professionals including forensic medicine experts have the obligation to teach the citizens about health effects of bad air and create awareness for the success of this mission.
