Five stations were selected along the course of the river between January and December 2019. and conducted some Physical and chemical tests, that include (electrical conductivity, pH, SAR, chloride, boron, lead, copper, zinc, cadmium, manganese, chromium). Resultsconfirmed that the values of water quality guide for Irrigation has ranged between (56.12 86.72), which means that the Diwaniya River water is located between the two categories (Marginal - Good).
