#MeToo movement was formed by Tarana Burke. The movement is getting derailed and has lost its way. It is true that harassment at work place is increasing at alarming rate. The avalanche of false allegations is ruining the pace ofthe movement. Men are now afraid to heir women, to mentor young ladies, to go on business trips or even to stay on the same floor as them in a hotel. IPC section 354 and section 509 deals with this issue competently.
