Abstract

This paper deals with the duties of registered medical practitioner (RMP) to make the profession efficient, empirically as well as legally. They should have knowledge in relation to the treatment, to offer first aid, life saving measures and preservation of biological material excreted out in their presence or collected by them so that the analysis of material may be done which may be helpful for the investigating officer for further perusal of the case.
