Sudden Death in an apparently healthy young individual always raises suspicion. Analysis of circumstances surrounding death, detailed postmortem examination added with relevant investigations can solve the issue. We encountered two cases of sudden deaths in males, one aged 28 year and another 22 years. On basis of autopsy and histopathological examination cause of death was opined as congestive cardiac failure in both the cases.
