Abstract

Genetic diversity in Acremonium endophyte of warm-season grasses was studied using RAPD markers. Diversity levels of 80–100% were evident from all the fifteen isolates studied. This appears to be the first study on genetic variation in Acremonium endophytes of warm-season grasses.
