Abstract

The effect of pH on growth and sporulation of Colletotrichum truncatum (Sch.) Andrus & Moore isolates isolated from diseased soybean plants was studied. Growth of the fungal isolates was accompanied by an increase in pH of the medium. Optimum pH for growth and sporulation was found 5.5.
