The dual soil application of Rhizobium and VAM showed synergistic effect on all mungbean cultivars. Among four cultivars tested variety “Vaibhav” was found host responsive to root nodulation, growth parameters and grain yield. Whereas, seed inoculation of Rhizobium + VAM was recorded more in enhancement of all parameters as comparative to single inoculation of Rhizobium or VAM or 100 per cent chemical fertilizer application.
