Abstract

The field experiment was conducted to study the occurrence of microflora flora at different grain harvesting times in field and it's detection in the laboratory. The effect of fungicidal seed treatments on seed germination and seed mycoflora in 10 sorghum hybrids was studied in which the maximum seed germination and minimum seed mycoflora was observed when the seed was treated with thirum + carbendazim i.e. 72.11 percent @ 0.1% cone. each as compared to thirum (71.35%) @ 0.1%, carbendazim (69.28%) @ 0.1% and untreated control.
