Maximum mycelial growth was recorded in oat meal agar (90mm/9 days) followed by potato dextrose agar (90mm/11 days). Various in-organic and organic additives were tested for the biomss production. The organic additives Corn flour (0.35g) was recorded maximum biomass production at 2 per cent concentration. In in-organic additives calcium carbonate (0.55g) was recorded maximum biomass production at 2 per cent concentiation.
