The seeds samples were collected, from grown at different agro-climatic regions of Karnataka. Seed samples were tested by standard blotter method. The pathogen fungal incidences were varies from kharif and rabi season due to environmental factors. The pathogens incidence was more in kharif than rabi. The obtained results revealed that Colletotrichum capsici, Alternaria alternata, A.solani, Fusarium oxysporum, F.solani, Phomopsis vexans, Macrophomina phaseolina, Aspergillus spp and Rhizopus spp. were predominant seed borne fungi and reduces seed germination.
