Abstract

Mycorrhizal inoculated plants realeases lesser amount of sugar amino acid exudation was obervered by the application of systemic fungicides. All five test pesticides increased amino acid and sugar (reducing and non reducing) in root exudation spectrum of treated soybean plant. Carbendazim exudation high amount of eight amino acid campared to seven in thiram and fytolan. Two VAM species reduce the amino acids and sugar in root exudates. Lysine and valine were exudates in high quantom in phorate treated plants. Theonine and lycine were found only in BHC treated plant with Glomus faciculatum and G. mosseae
