Early blight disease caused by Alternaria solani (Ell and Mart) is the most destructive disease of tomato in Konkan. The bio-growth stimulant-cum-growth regulator alongwith bio-soil enricher, liquid NPK fertilizer and chlorothalonil were used in management of early blight of tomato. Among the different treatment combinations, the treatment comprising Recommended dose of fertilizer (RDF) + liquid NPK fertilizer + chlorothalonil 0.25 percent was found to be most effective over all other treatments. chlorothalonil at both the concentrations (0.25 and 0.20 per cent) was effective. The maximum yield was recorded in the treatment comprising RDF + liquid NPK fertilizer + chlorothalonil 0.25 per cent followed by RDF + liquid NPK fertilizer + chlorothalonil 0.20 per cent concentration.
