Abstract

Curvularia blight was important disease of gladiolus. The causal agent were Curvularia lunata and Curvularia pallescens. Thinking about ecofriendly management of this disease. Pathogenic fungi were screen by various Bioagents like Trichodenna harzianum, Trichoderma viride and both combined, among them Trichodenna viride was found effective against C. lunata, while combined effect of both was successfully inhibit C. pallescens, In case of various plant extracts like Neem, Harda, Periwinkle, Nirgudi, and Garlic etc. Garlic (Allium sativum) completely inhibited the mycelial growth of both pathogenic fungi followed by Azadirachta indica.
